Robinson Landing

Robinson Landing is an award-winning mixed-use development located on a former industrial waterfront site in Alexandria, Virginia. The project scope incorporates three elements: (26) four-story townhomes, (3) five-story multi-family buildings, and 10,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, all within the heart of a walkable, downtown community.

Overlooking the Potomac River and adjacent to several historical buildings, the site presented challenges for designers that aimed that demanded innovative structural solutions. improved access to the waterfront. The overall architectural concept respects the Old Town’s historical charm, while providing a host of modern conveniences to suit the lifestyle of its clientele. The project has garnered national accolades, winning the Gold Award for design at the 2020 Best in American Living Awards.
